These activities are highly recommended to include in your lesson planning when preparing for a cycling multi day camp.
It allows for great progression and prepares the students mentally and physically for their adventure they are about to embark upon
Activity 1
Mountain Biking Single Trail
best suited late yr 9 - yr 12
Meet at a prearranged location at approximately 10:00am.
A safety brief with your qualified Mountain bike instructor followed by a warm up on some easier trail then go Mountain Biking.
We will be Teaching technique throughout the day till approx 2:00pm.
Bring a back pack with water and snacks and lunch.
Mountain Biking is quite physically demanding, so make sure they bring plenty of snacks as nutrition is the key to sustained energy.
Over 15 students - 2 eco adventure group staff is highly recommended.
Over 20 students - 2 eco adventure group staff is compulsory.

- Eagle MTB Park (advanced)
- Linear Park Practise or Junior Rides.
Activity 2
Beginner Ride
best Suited yr 4- yr 9
Meet at a prearranged location at approximately, 10:00am
A safety brief then journey out and back along a linear bike trail. learning trail behaviour, bike safety and communication.Respect for other trail users and how to use gears and basic bicycle control.

- Goolwa / Victor (along Goolwa bike path)here you have the opportunity to do half a day of bicycling and half a day of Surfing.
